Customer Relationships in EZ Order Manager
Customer relationships is all about communication. Customers who feel connected will return to purchase
more of the products you sell.
EZ Order Manager helps you keep in touch with your customers and to make
that job easier for you! We do this in the following ways:
- We track all orders placed by your customers.
- Repeat customers have a gold star (
) after their name in the Order Page view.
- Order history for each customer is displayed in the Customer Detail page.
- We support email templates that can be automatically sent when an order changes status. The status changes can be any that you choose.
- Email templates are also used for mailing to batches of customers. I.e. you can associate a customer with a "type" you define and then
send email to all customers associated with that "type". This allows you to do true targeted email marketing.
- Email history for each customer is displayed in the Customer Detail page. Clicking the link by each one will display the email that was sent.
- Customer lists are exportable if you choose to use an external communication tool. We support XML and CSV for customer export.
The system is quite flexible in common CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities. It can be tailored to fit the needs of your business.
